The learned counsel for the appellants would submit that the appellants 1, 3 and 5 and respondents 1 and 5 have already died long back. In spite of his best efforts, they are not in a position to get the details of the legal heirs of the deceased parties and there is no
co-operation from the appellants. Hence, the learned counsel has made an endorsement for reporting no instruction.

In view of the such endorsement, there is no purpose in keeping this second appeal on file. Hence, this second appeal is dismissed for default.
