3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, and finding the reason assigned by the petitioner(s) to be justifiable. Therefore, the delay in paying the deficit Pondicherry Court fee in the above SA.SR.No.108617 of 2025 is condoned.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is ordered.
