Challenging the concurrent findings of the Courts below, the defendants 3 & 4 have preferred this appeal. However despite a letter from the counsel for the appellants, no instructions have been received from them. Nevertheless, the plaintiff is enjoying the cart tract, as confirmed by the Courts below.
