This application has been filed to appoint an Advocate Commissioner for seizure of subject vehicle and hand over the same to the applicant.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the entire loan amount has been settled by the respondent and the No Objection Certificate was also issued to the respondent with regard to the transfer of ownership of the subject vehicle. Hence, she requests this Court to close this application.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has also confirmed the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant.

4. In view of the above, since nothing survives in this application, no further order is required. Accordingly, this application is closed.
