O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.250 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent, registered for the offence under Section 363 of I.P.C. as against the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the FIR in Crime No.250 of 2014, on the file of the first respondent police has been closed as "Action Dropped" and hence the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. He also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
