The Contempt Petition has been filed for punishing the respondent for having not obeyed the orders of this Court dated 02.11.2017 in W.P.No.26930 of 2012.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order has been duly complied with and therefore, the petition may be closed.
3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 27.12.2019 before this Court in proof of compliance of the orders of this Court dated 02.11.2017.
4. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is needless to state that if the petitioner is still aggrieved over the calculation made for the purpose of payment of pensionary benefits, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law, if so advised.
