ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and submit final report in the Crime No.113 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Manalurpet Police Station, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into account the nature of allegations in the complaint, a blanket direction to file a final report cannot be given and instead, it would be in the interest of justice, if a direction is issued to the respondent police to complete the investigation and either file a final report or closure report as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the case may be, as expeditiously as possible. 4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
