Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2021 thereby direct the respondent to transfer the patta as per the Document No.2087 / 2019 vide dated 13.05.2019 on the file of Sub-Registrar Rasipuram for the property situated in survey Nos.38, 39, 40 & 41, Ward - B, Block - 4, Sivan Koil Lane, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2021, thereby directing the respondent to transfer patta as per the Document No.2087/2019 dated 13.05.2019 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Rasipuram comprised in S.Nos.38, 39, 40 and 41 situated at Ward-B, Block4, Sivan Koil Lane, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.10.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
