O R D E R

[ORDER OF THE COURT WAS MADE BY S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The issues relating to actions initiated under the provisions of Essential Commodities Act, were dealt with by this Court and final order

was passed on 19.11.2002.

2. The Division Bench of this Court considered the issues raised between the parties and dismissed the Writ Appeal with liberty to the writ appellant to defend the allegations in the complaint on merits before the Competent Authorities.

3. That being the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court, there is no scope to review the said order. Further, the petitioner has not established any error apparent on record for interference.
