O R D E R

The prayer of the petitioner is to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to return all the original certificates to him within a time frame.

2. This Court, by order dated 21.02.2019, directed the petitioner to approach the third respondent-College and take back the certificates pursuant to the willingness given by the College-third respondent to give the certificates to the petitioner without demanding any money.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has received all the original certificates from the third respondent. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands closed, as nothing survives for adjudication.
