This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.10.2023 and direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to give protection to the petitioner to put up fence in the property of the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.S.Madhusudanan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that on the representation of the petitioner, no current 2/4

paper or CSR has been assigned till date and a decision will be taken on the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2023 at the earliest.

4. In view of the submission made by learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take a decision on the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2023 within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
