(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) Petitioner is present along with his minor daughter, so as the respondent police.
2. Petitioner, being accompanied by the respondent, has informed that his wife/petitioner as also his minor daughter have been traced. Petitioner's wife has handed over the minor child to the petitioner informing that she would join him after 10 days.
3. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
