Tr.C.M.P.No.86 of 2024 Tr.C.M.P.No.86 of 2024 V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN. J., This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has already been disposed of by this Court vide its order dated 07.03.2024. However, in a connected matter in Tr.C.M.P.No.747 of 2018 dated 17.12.2018, this Court directed the learned Judge, Family Court, Chengalpattu, to dispose of the case in F.C.O.P.No.103 of 2019, within a period of six months.

2. Now, the learned Judge, Family Court, Chengalpattu, vide her letter dated 11.09.2024 in Dis.No.1301/2024 sought for extension of three months time, to dispose of the case in F.C.O.P.No.103 of 2019.

3. Taking into consideration the request made by the learned Judge, three months time is granted to dispose of the case in F.C.O.P.No.103 of 2019, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
