This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the first respondent to register FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.03.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. Heard Mr.E.Kannan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and Mr.Camyles Gandhi, learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending before the first respondent.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
