This writ petition has been filed for direction to the second respondent to enlist or include the petitioner in the Tentative list of candidates, provisionally selected for the appointment of Direct Recruitment of Graduate Assistants Teachers through Employment Registration State Seniority 2010-2011.

On perusal of records, though the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to include her name in the tentative list of candidates, provisionally selected for the appointment of Direct Recruitment of Graduate Assistants Teachers through Employment Registration State Seniority 2010-2011, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered, since the recruitment process for the post of Graduate Assistant Teachers has now been changed and the petitioner has necessarily to pass the Teacher Eligibility Test. 3.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
