PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents for their wilful and deliberate disobedience of the orders dated 30.05.2018 in W.P.No.13112 0f 2018.

O R D E R

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that the respondents have complied with the order of this Court dated 30.05.2018 in W.P.No.13112 of 2018, in respect of permission granted to participate in the counselling. Consequently, the petitioner has been promoted as Headmaster in the Government Higher Secondary School, Karimangalam, Dharmapuri District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that still the seniority of the petitioner was not revised as per the final order. It is open for the petitioner to agitate the seniority, if he is so advised.

3. Recording the compliance of the above order of this Court, this Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, Sub Appl.316 of 2018 is closed.
