They have been filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 2.Learned counsel for the respondent on instructions would submit that the subject matter of the dispute, which is also the subject matter of these applications, was referred to arbitration and an Arbitral Award has been passed. However, the learned counsel for the applicants is not aware of the same. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Court is of the view that these applications have now become infructuous.
