J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the construction in the suit property has been completed. The suit O.S.No.5605 of 2006 was filed on the file of the VI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai for an injunction restraining the respondents from preventing the plaintiff from putting up the construction.

2. Considering the fact that the construction has been completed, nothing survives for consideration in the above Second Appeal and the Second Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
