Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2009 requesting to refund of excess stamp duty, in respect of the sale deed dated 20.07.2009 registered as Document No.1621/2009 on the file of Sub Registrar Office, Sri Rangam within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2009 requesting to refund of excess stamp duty, in respect of the sale deed dated 20.07.2009 registered as Document No.1621/2009 on the file of Sub Registrar Office, Sri Rangam

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner died. The writ petition has been filed to refund of excess stamp duty in respect of the sale deed dated 20.07.2009 registered vide document No.1621 of 2009 on the Office of the Sub Registrar, Srirangam. instructions to proceed with the claim.
