(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 284, 430 of I.P.C. Section 41, 47, of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Section 15(1), 15(2) of the Environment Protection Act, 1986 in connection with Crime No.648 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are not made as accused in this criminal case. Hence, this petition may be dismissed.
