ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the petitioner's statutory appeal dated 06.11.2025, pending before the 1st respondent for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.

2.Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's statutory appeal dated 06.11.2025 is directed to be disposed of by the 1st respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, by adhering to the principles of natural justice.

4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's statutory appeal dated 06.11.2025. 5.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the statutory appeal dated 06.11.2025, filed by the petitioner, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by adhering to the principles of natural justice.
