O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.83 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Sankagiri, Salem District. 2.Pending Criminal Original Petition, the defacto complainant and the petitioner have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise.

3. Today, the defacto complainant and the petitioner was personally present before this Court and they have been identified by their counsels on record. The learned counsels on both side submitted the photo copy of the identity card of the parties viz., P.Sivalingam - Aadhaar Card No.292140627095 and Illayappan - Aadhaar Card No.354437471973 and after verification https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the original cards, the same were also recorded.

4. The defacto complainant has also filed an affidavit, dated 15.03.2018 before this Court to the effect that he has no objection in quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.83 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Sankagiri, Salem District.

5. In view of the above submissions made on either side and taking into account, the compromise entered into between the parties, the proceedings in C.C.No.83 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Sankagiri, Salem District is hereby quashed.

6. The affidavit, dated 15.03.2018 filed by the defacto complainant/Illayappan, is hereby recorded and shall form part of the order. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Xerox copy of Affidavit dated 15/03/2018 by defacto complainant attached.
