When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police clarified that a complaint was given against the petitioner by one Saravanan, which was enquired into and subsequently closed. As on date, the petitioner is not figuring as an accused in any case.

3. Recording the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
