A.No.751 of 2019 PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA, J The learned counsel for the applicant represents that the matter had been settled out of Court and accordingly prays that the Application may be dismissed on that ground and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Mr.T.S.Shahul Hameed, learned Advocate Commissioner is present before this court. He has filed a memo seeking additional remuneration for his efforts.

3.In view of the submission of the learned Advocate Commissioner, a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) is awarded to the learned Advocate Commissioner and the same shall be paid by the applicant.

4. Taking into consideration of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the endorsement so made, this application is dismissed as "settled out of Court".
