2. This Court on 30.01.2023, allowed the Crl.O.P.No.1518 of 2023, wherein offence under Section 66 of Information Technology Act., has been omitted to be typed. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to include the Section 66 of Information Technology Act in the order copy.

3. In response, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, it was wrongly mentioned in the FIR as Section 66 of Income Tax Act, 1961 instead of Section 66 of Information Technology Act. In this regard, requisition was also given to the Mahila Court, Egmore for changing the Act in the FIR
