The learned counsel for the respondent produced a Demand Draft purchased from Axis Bank, Jubilee Hill branch, Hyderabad, dated 04.11.2024 for a sum of Rs.50 lakhs bearing No.919445 in favour of applicant/Pankaj Bohra.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner had received the Demand Draft without prejudice to his rights to agitate any and every issue further before this Court.

3. It is contended on behalf of the respondent that the amount now due and payable is a sum of Rs.90 lakhs.

4. The respondent to file an affidavit giving the schedule of outer time limit within which Rs.90 lakhs would be paid in https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

entirety. For filing such affidavit post the matter on 22.11.2024.
