This application has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased fourth respondent as the respondents 14 to 16 and also to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased fifth respondent as the respondents 17 to 20 in the main Original Petition.

2. Vakalat on behalf of the proposed respondents filed by the learned counsel P.Murugan has been returned by the Registry on 31.03.2022 for certain compliance. However, the same has not been re-presented till date.

3. Admittedly, there is no dispute with regard to the death of the fourth and fifth respondents and the respondents have also not entered appearance and also not raised any objection.

4. In view of the above, this application is allowed.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to carry out the

necessary amendment and file the amended copy of the plaint.
