By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2025. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as Salesman in TASMAC in Shop No.2822, K Nedualli Savalur, Dharmapuri. On 23.11.2025, on Arul who is working as Supervisor in TASMAC came to Shop No.2822 and attacked the petitioner and hence the petitioner made representation dated 25.11.2025 to the respondents to take action against the Supervisor, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may issue direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2025 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame.

4.Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, 2/4

this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, after providing opportunity to the petitioner and the aggrieved person namely, Supervisor, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of.
