With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of rejection of Education loan passed by the 2nd respondent dated 27.11.2013 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to sanction the education loan amount of Rs.1,87,375/- for the completion of the Diploma in Computer Engineering Course of the petitioner.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has completed the course in the year 2014 itself. He would further contend that for completion of the course, she borrowed loan from outsiders, thus he submitted that the prayer has to be considered.

4. In my considered view when the petitioner has already completed the course, the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Therefore, the question of allowing the prayer in the Writ Petition does not arise at this stage. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
