PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to instate the petitioner into service in the post of Head Constable of the 5th and 6th respondents office with effect from expiry of period 2 months from 14.10.2022 with all consequential and other attendant benefits including arrears of salary, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
