JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal has been filed to set aside the Judgment and Decree dated 20.02.2004 made in A.S.No.46 of 2001 on the file of the Sub Court, Thiruvarur confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 20.03.2001 made in O.S.No.66 of 2000 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Nannilam.

2. Now, third Respondent also died. Therefore, the learned Counsel for the Appellants seeks to pass Orders to dismiss the Appeal as abated.
