When the matter was taken up for hearing on 18.11.2022, the learned counsel for the petitioner reported that he had already handed over the papers to the petitioner. Therefore, the Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioner and list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 18.01.2024.
