Second Appeal filed under section 100 of C.P.C., to set aside the decree and judgment dated 07.09.2021 made in A.S.No.43 of 2015 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Thiruthani and thereby reversed the decree and judgment dated 04.08.2015 made in O.S.No.5 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thiruthani and allow the second appeal. JUDGMENT
When this matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the appellants as well as the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that this matter has been compromised between the parties. Pursuant to the same, they have filed a Joint Compromise Memo dated 15.04.2025 which has been duly signed by them and their respective parties.
2. The said Joint Compromise Memo dated 15.04.2025 is recorded.
3. In view of the same, the second appeal is decreed in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo entered between the parties and the same shall form part of the decree. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
