Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.A4/No.670/2011 dated 06.04.2013 and the consequential proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.A3 No.246/2010 dated 26.04.2013 and quash the same and thereby direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to run the shop No.7 till the possession of shop No.8 is handed over to the petitioner as proposed by the 1st respondent in proceedings dated 18.04.2013.

Ms.Gouri, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, relief has been granted to the petitioner as prayed for and the same is recorded. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition, accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
