Alleging that the order passed by this Court dated 24.08.2016 in W.P.No.14094 of 2016 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.When this contempt petition was taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that the order passed in W.P.No.14094 of 2016 dated 24.08.2016 has been complied with. The said submission of the learned Special Government Pleader has been reiterated by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Recording the above submissions, the contempt petition is closed.
