ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 13.12.2021 in pursuance of the earlier representation dated 21.06.2021 with regard to grant of patta in respect of the land owned by the petitioner.

2. Heard, Mr.S.Vijayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.06.2021 and 13.12.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, by giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
