Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider and pass order on the representation dated 22.07.2021 given by the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Cort, so as to direct the second respondent to survey the petitioner's land in S.No.61/1A1 situated in Keezhmuttukur Panchayat, K.V.Kuppam Taluk, Vellore District and also direct the third respondent to provide necessary police help for such survey of the land. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider and pass order on the representation dated 22.07.2021 given by the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Cort, so as to direct the second respondent to survey the petitioner's land in S.No.61/1A1 situated in Keezhmuttukur Panchayat, K.V.Kuppam Taluk, Vellore District and also direct the third respondent to provide necessary police help for such survey of the land.

2. Heard, Mr.W.M.Abdul Majeed, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V. Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to survey the petitioner's land comprised in survey No. 61/1A1 situated at Keezhmuttukur Village, K.V.Kuppam Taluk, Vellore District, after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of requisite fee.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
