This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a transfer of Investigation in Crime No.1239 of 2018 from the file of the respondent Police to some other Police Station.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the investigation has been completed and closure report has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
