J U D G M E N T

This Second Appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 25.04.2007 made in A.S.No.59 of 2006 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Salem, reversing the judgment and decree dated 21.03.2006 made in O.S.No.2 of 2004 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Sankari.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellants would submit that, despite notice, the appellants have not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

turned up and the same would clearly indicates that they are not interested in prosecuting the appeal, which is pending from the year 2008.

3. In view of the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellants, this Second Appeal is dismissed as default.

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
