] This petition is filed to bring on record the petitioners 3 to 5 as the legal heirs of the deceased 1st appellant and to show them as appellants 3 to 5 in the appeal.

2.The petitioner has given particulars about the relationship between the deceased 1st appellant and the proposed appellants. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3.Hence, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
