These petitions have been filed (i) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent in S.A.No.976 of 2021 and (ii) to bring on the record the respondents 4 to 7 as legal heirs of the deceased 2nd respondent in S.A.No.976 of 2021.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

3. Post this matter on 15.09.2025.
