The above Testamentary Original Suit was referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

attached to this Court, for arriving at amicable settlement.

2. Accordingly, the parties seems to have appeared before the Mediation Centre on 03.11.2015 and arrived at an amicable settlement and the terms of which is reduced to writing under the Mediation Agreement dated 03.11.2015. The parties in the Testamentary Original Suit as well as the other beneficiaries under the will along with the counsels signed in the said Mediation Agreement. It is agreed by the learned counsels appearing for the parties that a decree may be passed in terms of the Mediation Agreement.

3. Accordingly, the Testamentary Original Suit is disposed of in terms of the Mediation Agreement dated 03.11.2015 and the Mediation Agreement shall form part and parcel of the decree. No costs.
