This writ petition has been filed aggrieved by the proceedings dated 01.02.2012 passed under Section. 8(B) of the Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1952.

When the matter is taken up for final disposal, it is represented by the learned counsel on either side that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner has cleared entire dues payable in the impugned proceedings, dated 01.02.2012 and as such, the cause in the writ petition does not survives.
