This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 06.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24917 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 05.30 p.m., until further orders.
