Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore to dispose the Securitisation Application on an expeditious basis in S.A.No.288 of 2021 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) Prayer sought herein is for a writ of mandamus, to direct the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore to dispose the SARFAESI application on an expeditious basis in S.A.No.288 of 2021 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. It is submitted by Mr.V.Sathish, learned counsel for the petitioner that, the SARFAESI application is pending from the year 2021 onwards. It is almost at the disposal stage and therefore, a direction may be given to the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, to dispose it off at the earliest point of time, especially within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
3. We have also heard Mr.R.Sreedhar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent Bank. In view of the order that is going to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the other respondents, that is respondents 2 to 9, are dispensed with.
4. Since S.A.No.288 of 2021 is pending from the year 2021 onwards and it is informed to us that it is at the stage of disposal, we direct the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, to decide and pass orders in S.A.No.288 of 2021, on merits and in accordance
with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
