J U D G M E N T

This Second Appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 19.12.2007 in A.S.No.42 of 2006 on the file of the learned Second Additional Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore, reversing the judgment and decree dated 10.04.2006 in O.S.No.520 of 2000 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Cuddalore.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the matter has been settled as per the instructions of the appellant but no written instructions is received from him.
