This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 16.10.2023 in Crl.MP.No.16531 of 2023 to report before the trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court, on all hearing dates without fail.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
