2. The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.3 of 2024 registered on the file of the respondent police. The case has been registered in May 2024.

3. The respondent is directed to conclude the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from today.

4. I make it clear that this Court has not given any specific direction as to the manner in which the final report is to be filed. The only direction given is to file the final report one way or other.
