This application has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri, everyday at 10.00 a.m., till the date of committal and thereafter, every Monday at 10.00 a.m., till the date of framing of charges and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates, in Crl.O.P.No.27333 of 2023 dated 05.12.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions regularly.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
