C.M.P.No.1646 of 2024 in A.S.No.57 of 2024 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

By earlier order dated 09.07.2024, this Court observed as follows:

"The conditional order of depositing Rs.4,00,000/- appears to have been made before the City Civil Court, Chennai by the learned counsel for the Petitioner on 25.03.2024 vide Demand Draft obtained from ICICI Bank dated 09.03.2024."

2.Since the conditional order already passed by this Court on 29.02.2024 was already complied with by the learned counsel for the Petitioner on 25.03.2024, the interim order of stay already ordered by this Court on 29.02.2024 is hereby made absolute.
